S.T.E.P. 2026 Registration Timeline

First Wave

Distributors

Distributors will receive registration and hotel information in mid to late April. No other attendees will receive information until early May.

Second Wave

Manufacturers

Registration and hotel information will be sent in early May — 10 to 14 days after distributors, at the request of the distributor community.

Second Wave

Manufacturer Reps

Registration and hotel information will be sent in early May. If you have had personnel changes affecting your S.T.E.P. contact, please email the NMDA office.

Please do not attempt to book meetings until your registration materials arrive. Distributors want to book their priority appointments before receiving meeting requests from manufacturers and reps.
