What types of information does NMDA collect?
The only information NMDA collects for members is the information you knowingly provide for our directory– name, company, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, key staff members, etc. You are under no obligation to provide us any of this information. We do post this information in the Member Directory on the website, but we will remove it upon request.

Data Controllers and Data Processors
Our Data Controller is Chip off the Block, who assigns logins and passwords, updates the website, and administrates our eNewsletters. The Data Processor is iContact, which has its own privacy policy and is compliant with CASL and GDPR.
