NMDA is committed to respecting your privacy. Any information we collect about you is used to provide a more focused customer experience. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party if requested. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What types of information does NMDA collect?

The only information NMDA collects for members is the information you knowingly provide for our directory– name, company, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address, key staff members, etc. You are under no obligation to provide us any of this information. We do post this information in the Member Directory on the website, but we will remove it upon request.

We use cookies, a common feature of your browser used to assign identification to your computer. This is primarily for the Members Only content on the site. We also collect the IP address of visitors to our Site and collect aggregate information about the use of our Site.

NMDA uses the information collected from you primarily to respond to and fulfill your requests. We do not use it for any additional marketing purposes.

NMDA may contact you by e-mail to respond to questions you have submitted, or to address a problem affecting your use of the website, send a login and password, or to send you a confirmation message upon completion of the registration process.

With whom does NMDA share information?

As part of our commitment to your privacy, NMDA does not share your information with any other third parties.
