Distributors

Manufacturers

Registration and hotel information will be sent in [2027 date TBD] — 10 to 14 days after distributors, at the request of the distributor community.

Second Wave

Manufacturer Reps

Registration and hotel information will be sent in [2027 date TBD]. If you have had personnel changes affecting your STEP contact, please email the NMDA office.

Please do not attempt to book meetings until your registration materials arrive. Distributors want to book their priority appointments before receiving meeting requests from manufacturers and reps.

2027 reference documents (Meeting Policies, FAQ, Agenda, Time Planner, Shipping and Shuttle Instructions, At a Glance, Registrants list) will be posted here as they’re finalized.
